Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Dev2Production website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Dev2Production is a newly established software house founded in 2025. As a new entrant in the market, we are dedicated to delivering quality solutions while building our expertise and reputation. We are transparent about our experience level and committed to growing alongside our clients.

Dev2Production is a new company offering software development services including but not limited to:

  • Web application development
  • Mobile application development
  • Desktop application development
  • UI/UX design services
  • DevOps and cloud services
  • Software maintenance and support

Client Obligations

When engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project requirements
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Make payments according to agreed terms
  • Provide necessary access, materials, and approvals
  • Respect intellectual property rights

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement:

  • We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies
  • Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code
  • Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

  • Deposits may be required before project commencement
  • Milestone payments are due upon completion of defined deliverables
  • Late payments may incur additional fees

Warranties and Disclaimers

As a newly established company, we are committed to delivering professional services while continuously improving our expertise. However:

  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes
  • Third-party integrations are subject to their providers' terms
  • Website content is provided "as is" without warranties

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dev2Production shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement according to its terms. Upon termination:

  • Client pays for work completed to date
  • We deliver all completed work product
  • Both parties return confidential materials

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
